Purpose of research is to evaluate the Intermediary Relending Program, a business development program operated by FmHA.
IRP provides loans to rural intermediaries which in turn make loans to rural businesses that are unable to secure credit . Evaluation looks at how the RDP/ IRP has developed over time and how it currently operates in rural communities nationwide.
